Support and maintenance package that is currently offered with our product covers for a period of 1 year.

Support and Maintenance Package

Support for our products includes:

  • You will receive all minor and major software releases that are released during your support period.
  • Technical assistance for product configuration, upgrades, installation help, license registration issues and bug reports.
  • You may report new feature requests however we do not guarantee that all new requests are taken into consideration.
  • Problems with using the product.
